Contribution Terms

1. Nature of the contribution
Mathly Live is free for all users, without exception. Contributions made via PicPay or Ko-fi are entirely voluntary and do not grant any product, feature, early access, or advantage that isn't already freely available to any user of the platform.
2. Free amount
There is no mandatory minimum, maximum, or suggested amount. Whoever contributes freely chooses the amount, either in the PicPay app (which uses Pix) when scanning the QR code / opening the link on assinatura.php, or on our Ko-fi page.
3. Tax nature
The PicPay account used to receive contributions is linked to a Brazilian MEI (individual microentrepreneur) CNPJ; contributions received through it are treated as revenue from that MEI activity for Brazilian tax purposes. Contributions received via Ko-fi are processed by Ko-fi and its payment partners (such as PayPal or Stripe) under their own terms. In neither case is this a donation to a non-profit entity, nor does it generate any tax benefit for the contributor.
4. Use of funds
The amounts received are used to keep the platform online (hosting, domain, and maintenance) and for ongoing development of new free educational features.
5. Refunds
Since this is a voluntary contribution and not the purchase of a product or service, there is no automatic refund. If a contribution was made by mistake, contact us via the contact page and we will review the case.
6. Proof of contribution
You may (it's not required) let us know about your contribution via the WhatsApp number shown on the contribution page, only for a thank-you — this does not grant any additional access or registration.
7. Personal data
PicPay contributions are processed by Pix, directly through your bank; Ko-fi contributions are processed by Ko-fi and its payment partners. Mathly Live does not receive or store bank or card data from contributors. See our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling on the platform.
8. Acceptance
By proceeding with a contribution, you state that you agree with these Contribution Terms.
