1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Mathly Live, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Registration
You must provide truthful sign-up information (name, email, school, city/state). Minors should use the platform with a parent or legal guardian's knowledge, especially when registration happens on behalf of a school or class.
3. Authorization to show your name on the ranking
By checking the specific authorization at sign-up, you agree that your name can appear publicly on the platform's rankings (weekly, monthly, all-time, by school, and by response time). This authorization is optional only in the sense that, without it, sign-up can't be completed — your consent is the legal basis for that display. You (or, for minors, your legal guardian) can withdraw this authorization at any time through the contact page, and your name will be removed from public rankings.
4. Fair use
Manipulating scores, using automated scripts, or any other means to bypass how the Arena and the rankings normally work is prohibited. Accounts that break this rule may have their results removed and access suspended.
5. Conduct
Nicknames, team names, and any other public information (visible on the ranking) may not contain offensive, discriminatory, or content inappropriate for a school environment.
6. Service availability
Mathly Live is offered free of charge, "as is." We may perform maintenance, change features, or, in exceptional cases, discontinue the service, always aiming to preserve user data.
7. Paid features
Algebra PRO and Geometry PRO are premium tracks offered as part of the platform. During our current launch period they're available at no cost; if that changes, pricing will be clearly shown before you're asked to pay anything.
8. Account suspension
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or removed, at the platform's discretion.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
