About Mathly Live
Mathly Live is a free math practice platform built around one idea: kids learn math faster when practice feels like play instead of a worksheet. Every game turns a real math skill into something you do — answer fast, beat a friend, keep a streak alive — instead of something you just read about.
What you'll find here
Times-table practice through sports-themed games and live 1-on-1 challenges, a daily math puzzle anyone can play without an account, and two full self-paced tracks — Algebra PRO and Geometry PRO — with practice exams and a completion certificate. We're actively building out new content for middle-school math (grades 6-9): topics like integer operations, equations, and geometry that go beyond basic arithmetic.
Standards alignment
Content is built around real curriculum skills rather than invented ones. Elementary practice follows Common Core operations and algebraic-thinking standards (multiplication and division fluency); the Algebra PRO and Geometry PRO tracks follow Common Core Expressions & Equations and Geometry domains for grades 6-8. Where a game cites a specific standard code, you can check it against the official Common Core State Standards.
Who it's for
Students practicing on their own, teachers looking for a quick warm-up or a self-paced track to assign, and parents who want their kids doing math without a fight. No classroom account is required — anyone can sign up individually.
How it stays free
The core games and the daily puzzle are free, no account needed to play the daily puzzle, and free with a quick sign-up for everything else. Algebra PRO and Geometry PRO are premium tracks; during our current launch period they're available at no cost, and this page will be updated if that changes.
A sister site
Mathly Live shares its technology with Matemática Viva, our Portuguese-language platform for elementary math (grades 1-5) in Brazil. The two are run as separate, independent sites with their own accounts and content.
